RoTE is fine. The only issues I had with it are certain enemies in dungeons being way overleveled. Other than that, it's good.

Honestly speaking, I've only ran into 1 enemy that gave me trouble and that was because he was a lvl 100 draugr while I was still stuck at lvl 25ish. Everything else that I've encountered was manageable due to spells and potions that I had. (along with combat/alchemy mods)

Skyrim in a nutshell. Which is why you gotta either work around it or just deal with it. Not sure if a mod has been made where enemies account for their stamina/magicka gauge.
