It seems like most arent much shorter than stock. Like maybe 10mm shorter.
Are they worth it? Make brake and clutch pulls easier?

Not only would every 600+cc naked, sports bike, etc. smoke you, but even similarly powered cruisers made by Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Shitzuki, probably even Indian as well. Point being, Harley doesn't even make the best cruisers, they're less reliable and put down power less efficiently than most others.
