Which is better?

Which is better?

BRZ because it's not ugly

The one that doesn't look like fucking dogshit

they're the same car.
Subaru has better options and headlights iirc.

S U R U B A

i like toyota better
its cool to have a toyota bring out a 'sports car'

same car who gives a shit

i don't want to own one, but if i did i would shop for them as the same car

Well I think the Toyota looks good.

mazda mx-5 rf

Are you blind?

But I'm not a woman.

then you should be able to appreciate the mx-5

not him, but jesus christ how are they that different

Have you gotten tested for autism, user?

Then why you drive like one and have shit taste like one

The Subota FRZ
There's too little difference to give a shit.

i feel like this whole subaru/toyota/scion thing is just the three companies trying to figure out what kind of style everyone wants.
>1st gen was the control group
>each company takes a different style path while keeping nearly the same parformance
>compare sales
>do all this instead of going on ANY car forum to see that people prefer happy cars

Scion FRS

86 because toyota badges

The subaru has a happier face :)

this should be a banner

Seconded

86 looks like an intern made the surfacing

Not gonna lie, the wider grille on the facelift GT86 makes the car look wider and better proportioned.

I think some user already made one. Cant find it though maybe someone saved it

Subaru
better handling
better interior trim
better looks
not pretending to be a Toyota

>better handling
They're literally the same drivetrain

Neither. FR-S.

you see that giant plastic bar?

Yes, it doesn't bother me nearly as much as the giant, gaping, wavy fish mouth that the 86 has.

>same drive-train
nope different heads and map
>handling
different springs and shocks
otherwise yea fully the same

BRZ looks better
the bumper design fits the headlights better
the drl/fog lamp/side grille things look better and not as round and "fischer-price" like the 86
happy > ANGRY and confused
subaru logo looks better

It looks like a streched michael jackson

The Toyota gets noticeably better critic acclaim. Even through it's a Subaru engine I think. The Toyota is just more fun to drift around a track. Which I probably will never do just like nost others here. It fucking costs €500 for half a day or something. But there's coffee and sandwiches so it totally justifies I guess. The point is, most car reviewers now a day rate a car on its ability to skid about, which is useless to us.

BRZ looks better (in as much as it's different)

Brz looks better but then you gotta deal with a boxer engine so no torque lol

Alternatively the Toyota is easier to get maintenance done on but you can't order the sick nasty underlip spoiler from the factory lol

same (boxer) engine

Wait what
I thought the Toyota had some variant of the AR

In that case brz it is

If Toyota or Subaru or both sold just the chassis+fixings (suspension and seats and radio and exhaust and whatnot) with no engine or transmission and included options to even have stuff like the chairs and radio taken out to reduce price for like 8k base I would buy one in a heartbeat. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't even have to comply with normal standards because kit car. Imagine paying 12-15k for a decent looking 2zz/k20/b20/1jz swapped weekend car with a brand new chassis and tons of aftermarket.
