you crouch (really crouch, not just quick click) then jump and release the crouch button after you jump
you'll see everything like in normal jump, but enemy won't see your head, because player model won't go that high

This particular bug only started happening when they fixed that weird double jump shit you could do for a short while last year that allowed you to jump up to Mirage window without a boost.

that's not how that works, it's uncrouching in the air that leads to you viewing more than should be possible
your viewmodel rises only to an crouched state but you can see as if you were uncrouched, it's a huge advantage

It's similar to WH except the usage is of course a lot more limited. Doesn't change the fact that it gives you info while the enemy team does not know you have that info.
