How short was the time between you passing your driving test and you crashing your car?

how short was the time between you passing your driving test and you crashing your car?

1 year 1 month

Got my licence in September 2015
Crashed my car in October 2016

half a year but it wasn't even a real crash
i was taking a turn right to what i thought was a slope but it was actually stairs
bent my rear bumper pretty bad but the car was fine otherwise

9 months.

Got my license on August
Had my first accident on May

Passed mine yesterday
I give it a few months or weeks depends

2 years and 11 month

12 years and counting, now I have been hit by others, and had a semi blow out kill my windshield which was the scariest moment of my life, but never wrecked from my own actions.

2 months.
It was a fender bender in an HEB parking lot. Wasnt my fault, some bitch backed into my car when i was pulling out and about to shift into drive.

17 days , rolled my friends subaru pretending to be colin mcrae

Didn't even get my license entirely

>Blacktop road
>Learner permit
>Though I was Earnhardt
>Driving'' fast
>But I didn't see the ditch
>Took out a mailbox
>Then a fence, then a barn
>The police came and called my father
>But I met the farmers daughter
>And when the judge asked me why I did it
>He threw the book at me
>When I told him 'cause the chicks dig it!

>implying

15 years and counting. Haven’t crashed yet.

>haven't wrecked of my own actions
>cruising next to or behind a semi

Pick one

Got my license in feb 2016. Had a near miss 3 months ago barely avoiding some hag in a speeding PT cruiser

5.5 years. It just happened in October.

My first car? I had my restricted license and I was 15.

Have my license for about 8 months now. So far nothing. How long do I statistically have?

6 months
Was driving too fast in the rain, lost control and nailed a parked car.

how is Veeky Forums filled with so many shit drivers?

9 years, no crashes

Three years but I should of went through the process of sueing the city for it.
>Be rainy season.
>Driving through rich neighborhood that is built on and around an arroyo.
>Rained four hours ago and was already drying up.
>Speed limit is 30
>Come arround blind turn to a giant patch of gravel that was washed down the hill and collected right in the middle of the turn
>Car proceeds to slide straight towards the edge of a small cliff.
>Let off of gas and counter like the good boy I was taught
>End up overcorrecting and slammed front right tire into curb
>Tire disintegrated
>Hub destroyed
>Rim bent sideways
>Both control arms, steering bar, and CV joint bent
The males in my family make fun of saving my life in such a horrible way.

>Speed limit is 30

were you actually doing the limit? seems like a lot of damage for

i slid into a curb 9 months after (no damage), but i don't think that counts
haven't crashed other than that

No real crashes yet and I've had a licence for over 10 years.
Once I broke a mirror parking the family car when I was very tired, another time I scraped/bent it a bit.
I can't concentrate properly when I'm fatigued / sleep deprived, so I avoid driving if I'm not rested or don't feel well.

1 day. I hit a bear the next day I got my license

He was passing me actually, and I was going about ten over the speed limit. But yeah play it out however you want in your own head.

Passed my test in Nov 2010, still haven't crashed. Did 86mph round a countrylane and nearly understeered into a hedge. Remember don't drive quickly after 2 pints.

6 days
rx8 for a first car was not a good idea
only blew out a tire and fucked up a wheel though

Liscense in 2014, totalled summer 2017. Forvot the exact dates but 3 years

One year

about 3 months, crashed alone when hooning, it cost me less than $400 in damage tho

...

I passed 6 years ago, drive every day and haven't crashed once.

...

...

...

I've been driving since I got my learner's eight years ago and I've never been at fault in a collision.

I was maybe over 30, maybe like 32-33 but it did feel like power sliding back into the curb though.

Been driving about 3 years and so far haven't crashed except bumping into a pole once while backing up but it didnt do anything serous besides a scratch and small dent.

>implying i would crash my car
It's literally not possible to cause an accident if you know how to drive and know when and when not to go fast
