either way it takes at least a little practice with both

People complain too much about his nerf. He can still 1-shot some heroes, he just can't pop all non-tanks anymore. The main problem is people not adapting to his lower damage. Everyone tries for the head shot after hook, which is where he becomes weaker. You need to body shot now for maximum damage. He's still not a good pick for high rank due to being an ult battery, but he's really not that much weaker than he used to be.
