Asking again for this thread; anything fun and challenging I can do for an Arena defense team given this roster? I'd rather not do yet another cavmeme line-up, even with Cecilia as a bonus this season.

I'm willing to throw resources at my Doot given that I just got her up to 40, but generally I don't seem to have much luck with glass cannon builds on defense since they don't tend to bring in many defensive wins.

Not much to say beyond go all out on attack because you don't get countered with firesweep.

Offensive special, something like deathblow for A, Maybe a positioning skill for B. Threaten defense works well for C, though so would ploy, due to Peri's relatively high res.

Last time I did that, there were three blue orbs. And I picked the one with Catria. Imagine, one of those could have been Mae. I won't put myself through that again.

This actually helped a ton, thanks for showing me.

I couldn't follow it exactly but I had a general gist of what to do: Nino kills pretty much everything except the red horse and the green mage. That'd be up to Xander. I gave Olivia a Ruby Sword so she could tank the axe horse by the end and it was smooth sailing from there. Xander was able to tank a lot but he takes 16 damage from the green mage, so I had to give him the HP +3 Seal and he was able to hold on with just 1 HP. Also, he had Bonfire fully charged and he was able to one shot the red mage... but only when Berkut went down because otherwise his Ward Cavalry would thwart that plan. Nothing too hard for Nino though.

Finally. Now I'm done with Berkut, and I just got all the rewards for Tempest this morning. I guess it's time for me to either do the Chain maps again or just train random units (like my newly acquired Berkut) for the heck of it.

Caedafag couldn't even get Caeda as a 4*, and the same is with me and Mae.

When I'm down to the wire, I tend to save up enough for at least 2. Chances of the 4-5 orbs being the color you want are pretty small.

I was thinking less WoM, and more drag back/hit and run. Something that could potentially put her out of range of the enemy on their phase. But yeah, basically.

I'm currently at 100 215, and my rank is 3787 if that gives you an idea of anything.

Problem with vantage:
No DC so it's worthless if she's attacked from a distance
She lacks the firepower to OHKO melee and lacks the def to survive a hit at low HP, meaning she dies regardless if she's in vantage range.

Problems with desperation:
Not fast enough to double most threatening mages in the meta
Not strong enough to kill most melee blues with a double.

Desp is better than Vantage but neither are super valuable. Anna just doesn't utilize a B slot very well. IIRC she comes with vantage so I'd just stick with that unless you have a surplus of desp fodder.
