Can someone explain how WoD raids work for getting gear? Do I need to join a group with ten people to actually get a decent option of gear (to then fight for). Some people say they get normal loot tables but I've done BRF and Highmaul on normal (flex) and hero and get one piece per boss.

Trying to drag my gf through gearing and explaining every single little thing to her is killing my WoW high. She got me into this game but she refuses to learn any fight or even look up how to do quests/grind anything and wants me to tell her step by step. Bitch is a healer and wont even watch the guides I send her but wants to raid lead. Fuck she wont even let me disband our 2 person guild to try and get into one that will help us progress.
