you can't protect your ranged troops from chariots in tww since melee troops don't have enough mass to stop them from plowing through you

just try to play as the dwarfs vs norsca and you will find out

Have they stated if recruting units is gonna be different for lizardmen in the campaign? It would be kinnda cool if you were given units at certain points in the campaign with events giving bonus units from time to time. Would really vary how you play. Could also be really annoying when you get 80 cards of skinks in a row.

Just finished up my R2 campaign and bought warhammer, what faction should I start with considering this is just a learn the ropes campaign?

When all the major factions are released we will probably have Averland, Middenland and probably Ostland as playable factions
