The fucking card has no utility. Doesn't draw you cards, doesn't negate, doesn't destroy. Hell they couldn't even give it a cannot activate cards or effects with the boost.

Also let's not forget that this is literally a TCG World Premiere, and that Konami of America actually does have an R&D department, which designs TCG World Premier cards/archetypes. Konami of Japan obviously looks them over and has final approval, but KoA actually produces these cards. Jerome wouldn't say it was designed to work with Pre-Prep unless they meant it that way.
