III and IV for the 3D remakes, they look much better on iOS/Android than DS. VII/VIII/IX don't change anything. Don't even think about toughing V or VI.

What about the FF1 and Tactics port?

Oh yeah the Tactics port is pretty snazzy, works well with touch controls. Don't bother with 1 or 2, the graphics aren't as good the PSP version because they originally made them back in 2010 for non retina display iphones so they look really blurry on newer phones. If that doesn't bother you then it's alright.
