I mean the warrior guy is literally Guts.

A tiny soldier with a tiny longsword can't scratch a dent on a berserker, let alone large monsters. You can't fight something bigger than yourself without fancy tricks, and warrior seems to have no fanciness at all. The extent of his attack variety is slashing in different directions. Hell even the supposed barbarian actually has finesse in the way he whirlwinds around with dual axes, that takes some damn hard strength and endurance, especially to still keep fighting and not fall to the ground from dizziness.
