I think that video explains why I can enjoy a FG even without anyone to play with.
As long as I feel myself improve in some way, it satisfies the itch I usually want from playing the game. So if that improvement is never dropping a hard combo between all of my recent play sessions, then that makes me happy, regardless of whether I did the combo against humans, or training dummies.
