Yeah it figures that with three Titans better than her at long range and two Titans better than her at close range she shouldn't be strong in the middle ground right?
The only time Tone was ever OP in any way was when Salve Core deleted Titans from full HP and I didn't even use her then I used Ion the actual OP titan of the timeand even then she was't as OP as Ion

Tone isn't just good at killing titans, it's her ridiculous pilot killing potential that's the worst thing about her. She essentially has a kraber with explosive rounds as a main weapon and it deletes pilots like no one's business
