Well it's an ewar ship. It's not really good to have the best of both being a light attack cruiser like a caracal and the ewar capability of an ewar ship.

Sure it needs buffing. I'd say give it more speed, a larger drone bay and switch the rate if fire bonus for a damage bonus so rapid lights have more impulse to last longer
