CA really should have implemented the loot system from Shogun 2 to TWWH. It sucked that you get loot from your legendary lord and you get no cosmetic changes. Also, the multiplayer from shogun 2 would have been perfect for this setting with all the faction wars going on. Units being able to get veteran status and customizing their colors and specializing them would have been great. But yeah the Warhammer map would have been perfect for the multiplayer revamp like Shogun 2 had.

All orc lords save Grimgor get a wyvern, and Azhag can't even begin to unlock Death Magic until level 14 or so. He's also shit in melee and has maybe the worst starting units of any lord in the game.

what's so bad about malagor's position?

Malagor can easily escape the badlands in just a few rounds.
Krell still has a regen cap, and your army still has limited magic. Locking troublesome units down with well-placed zombie summons for like 6 mp each is extremely efficient if done tactically.
