Expecting every hero to viable for every situation kills their unique skills and playstyle.

Uhh no. Nobody ran Winston in triple tank and Soldier is much less popular now.

So yeah replace the Rein with Winston, the Hog/Zarya with tracer and you have a reliable dive. Not to mention that some teams prefer a Genji instead of soldier or even the occasional pharmercy combo and the fact that Zen and Mercy are a lot more popular than last season.

So yeah, replace half the team from triple tank, and have the option of flexing a few different supports and you've got yourself the same meta.
