Intervention is best set to a macro to always target slot , same with Shirk.
Never never never macro your buffs to your normal attacks. It just doesn't work the way you think it does, and you're only going to hurt yourself in the long run.

There really isn't all that many buttons to press, and if you think enmity combo, damage combo, circle, spirits, and requiescat are too much then never pick up DRK. No idea how WAR is honestly. My hotbar is a disaster though but still there isn't a whole lot to worry about.

Just try, dude. Bard is pretty forgiving although there's a lot to manage especially when you're getting a LOT of bloodletters resetting during Mage's Ballad. Not getting hit by dumb mechanics is better than I can say for most duty finder pubs.

Nope, ground-target AOE skills are nice to have on a macro so you don't have to waste time looking for a good spot to click. It just tosses it right under your target saving time and GCD clipping. Used to have it on Flaming Arrow before that got removed.

how hard are you tunneling that you cant figure out where your mouse is currently positioned? theres also some delay with macros on placed aoe skills depending on when you attempt to weave it, which just leads to mashing the button until it goes off

While the majority of the general doesn't give a shit about the drama-creating early threads with avatarfagging in the OP and will post in them regardless, it does set a bad precedent when the only way to stop them is to try and post even earlier.

Not that I give much of a shit where I post at, but for thread health let's try to report early threads and reply in proper ones in the future.

Question for DPS players, do you feel less satisfaction after clearing fights because you had much less responsibility than the tanks/healers?

Because they don't seem to realize that "overdesigned" is a concept. I still use AF1 for every class since they've gotten progressively worse each time.

Nah. I feel satisfied just clearing, or having the knowledge I was one of the top damage dealers/handled mechanics the best. It's not even always true that you have much less responsibility, just different priorities.

I went from a healer main to a DPS main and the satisfaction levels are about the same.

I find that as a healer I don't enjoy fights so much, but they feel more intense. I spend too much time staring at bars to notice the boss doing stuff and mechanics going on outside of my own character.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. You kind of tunnel vision on just yourself, the party list, and any mechanics that involve you. As a DPS I feel a lot more relaxed, can keep track of everyone else better, and overall enjoy the fight more.

I'm really enjoying mnk but I wish they fleshed out the chakra system a bit more. Also lower the CD on PB and make riddle of wind not completely useless. Why is PB still 180? 90 or even 120 would be nice.

Why are you guys tunneling on the party list as healers? If you know the encounter and how much damage should be coming out, you shouldn't have to tunnel. Especially since you're spamming Stone/malefic/broil half the time, you should be able to focus on what's happening.
