A cascade of fuckups and misfortune at every possible stage, from the creation, to the preparations, and then the execution, everything that could go wrong and be done wrong did and was, respectively

Let's see, before the case started:
The GM accidentally pasted a character's account IC.
The GM did /doc [name] instead of /pm [name] so there was a brief period where anybody could see that person's doc.
It took almost 2 hours to fill, with one person actually leaving and being "forced" back by having their name written back in.
One person fell asleep before it started and woke up in the last hour.
The co-GM fell asleep early on and they never did their co-GM gimmick thing.
It was docbombed, and the new doc was handled very poorly, and was view only for a while.
Someone forged evidence on the old doc, and the GM put the unforged version on the new doc.
At least two instances of underaged sex. One was rape. And VERY detailed.
A Marisu testimony, that was almost completely L O R E.
Two people had evidence they could have presented at any time that would instantly reveal the identity of the blackened.
And that is in addition to the usual chaos from a CT, except it was a 15 man instead of a 7-9 man.
As soon as the blackened had the finger pointed at them with decisive evidence they requested the chance to do a closing argument to avoid another 15 minutes of circular arguing, confessed, and at the end of it asked people to vote wrong so everyone would die and the rest of the chrono would never see the light of day.
Nine people voted correctly. Five voted for who the blackened asked everyone to vote for. Two others memevoted.
After the votes were revealed, people actually figured out the GM botched/forged the votes (his total was 8-7-1 not 9-5-1-1) and all hell broke loose with people trying to kill the literal pedophilic rapist.
The person to take control of the situation was the blackened who started the execution, and then before the GM could do what he planned said:

It's unfortunate that pretty much everything that could have gone wrong did, for planning, building, during, AND AFTER the CT.

Y-yes, more time was put into masterplanning the whole shebang, when in fact i was biting off WAY more than i could chew for my first ever CT.
An ambitious project, but by putting all my foreshadowing into one case, and giving one of my players a [fill in the blank] bullet, i doomed myself. I tried to take a really dark situation and have it be taken seriously, only for it to turn into a comedic situation, which was never the intent.
All in all, i learned what works and what won't work for any future one off i do.
