Can the CK2 nomad population system be applied to any of the other systems of government? Judging by the game files it didn't appear like there was any easy way of doing this, but if population is hardcoded to nomads could you at least make a new nomadic government and then just edit it until it was almost identical to feudalism? I can't think of any other way to add population to the game other than variables or doing something half-assed like taking a largely useless stat like piety and changing it to pops.
