It got a major facelift named "Punto Evo" and then got a minor bumper facelift back in 2012.

Look for the Kia Stonic test, it's a new 2017 car, it has been tested two times.

If they tested an higher trim it would've scored at least 1 or 2 stars.

I'm not defending fiat for selling a basic trim with 2 airbags in 2017, but let's be real...that car is dying and they're asking 8000€ for a new car just to empy their lots of cars and parts.
