If you're using Insiminator you can spawn an object that lets you pick your lifestate. There's also a painting on MTS that lets you select right away and a few items on TSR that do it too in the form of an energy drink. You CAN however select my girl Stella Terrano from the college bin if you make La Fiesta Tech and there's a family of aliens in Strangetown (not counting the mpreg guy's unborn child).
