You can't. Unless you commission an artist, and then they'll likely sell your slap to anyone else, so you're paying for everyone else's slap design cost. A commission would run you $20 - $30 likely.

Depending on how you use 'em, it'll hold up nicely for years or deteriorate in a few months.
All Redbubble stickers will have the thick white borders. So unless you don't mind them, you'll have to cut off the white borders
