What do you guys build on Poppy?

Sunfire cape and IBG are absolute shit now. Gragas, Maokai and Darius shit on her and one of them are in every game. I've gone from unranked to plat building triforce and steraks, then gargoyle and warmogs, but now it's not working as effectively as before. Tanked from a 70% to 58% winrate in two days from being no longer able to hard carry, and I've actually had a ton more success recently playing Poppy as a support and building full tank than I have playing her as a top lancer.
