IMO AMD was never going to beat Intel with Ryzen anyway. Their track record always has been that they focused on big numbers (cores/clocks) rather than performance where it mattered to the userbase.
Intel is delayed for now but eventually, their Optane technology as well as 10nm process will blow AMD back out of the water as normal.

"float" is total number of outstanding shares minus restricted stock available to trade. typically low float (~25m or less) bios are better positioned to moon due to the fact a positive news or other catalyst = less shares to buy

RNN has a lot of shares available so if suddenly everyone wants to buy then it takes much more to dry up that up
