Gordias (when I started the game) taught me that tank and healers aren't as in demand as people think, GOOD DPS are what's in demand more than anything else. Being able to hold down a rotation, split dpa onto adds, get the most out of rotation AoEs, manage your buffs with party buffs and sustain uptime are what the group's worth playing with want. Yeah, it's a ton of effort but it's what makes the game fun for me. Sometimes I tank on my warrior but imo DPS is by far the most entertaining.
