Except that it's a 21% boost. And people who have gone back over the JP version's history have proven it's easily obtainable through bonus prisms rather than endlessly grinding dailies. That it only takes roughly 300 days of AP to pay off with just the 10% boost, which can drop down to roughly 270. And that you don't need hundreds of millions of QP right now because you have until the day the servers shut down to upgrade those skills. If you somehow manage to get him to NP2, he's the best wave cleaner with Raikou without having her weaknesses. Even without that, he can easily shit on people spamming their dodge or invulnerability with his self ATK up and likely will be able to chain NPs if he's hit when under Golden Rule even said NP under Golden Rule after an Arts cards generates a lot of NP for the next one. His only problem right now in the jap meta is that he's a Quick-based character.
