yes. people didn't like it because unlike XI it didn't focus on strategy and unlike X didnt focus on roleplaying. Its a mix that managed to piss both fanscircles off. But as any ROTK game it has its own merits. But the PuK is pretty much mandatory.

The complaints that worry me the most are those about the ai being terrible with diplomacy and other things. Has the ai been improved even if it requires getting the PUK to see the improvement?
