A yordle girl that is a mercenary and travels the Valoran doing odd jobs and bounty hunting, with a small crew.
She carries a huge balista siege weapon on her back and has a jolly attitude, and cracks dark humor jokes.
She's been everywhere and added all sort of tech from every region to her kit. She learned grappling in Bilgewater, she added Zuanite corrosive charges to some of her ammo, and some of the best weapon engineers from Piltover upgraded her weapon.
She's fought all sorts of people and monsters and loves adventure, and she's the leader of her crew so a bit bossy.

She has really high ad, like 150% AD, but very slow AS, and is an ADC.
One of her abilities allows her to setup a turret making her immobile but gaining a bunch of range and AS.
She can swap ammo to gain additional effects that are suited for AoE or single target armour shred, making her excellent in terms of DPS and teamfighting power.

Her ultimate is a cannon blast that knocks herself back and does not break her turret form. This gives her some self peel in the otherwise extremely vulnerable immobile form.
While her E can shoot a grapple hook that can also be used to reposition in both turret and normal form.

Her turret form gives her a bunch of AS and range.

Im not going with exact numbers because if she was really ingame you could always tune it to a workable state. Perhaps 850 range in turret form is enough.

With some frontline she will be great at sieging, and it will be hard to engage on her due to her mobility. (which is mostly why other turret/immobile champions in league dont work)

Yes she has low AS, but her AD makes up for it. Although AS is usually more valueble, its just one of her weaknesses if she is normal form, while workable.

You are bending over backwards to not make them bad versions of those champs. Nobody really plays Xerath, even when hes stupidly braindead, because self CCing means you are one bad ult from insta-losing. MF has had problems for ages with this and she SHITS out damage continuously for a few seconds

Xerath and MF are both immobile, my champion has mobility even in turret form.
And MF even though she is rarely picked in the highest of elo's, has had good withrates up to diamond ever since her rework.

Ammo switching is a different take on the jinx mechanic but yes they are similar.

I mean Xayahs E is just a slightly different Kalista rend. Her ult is just a slightly different fizz e. Mechanics will be reused.
However we do not have a single "turret" adc in the game, which makes her unique.
