I tried to get my girlfriend into WoW because I've been playing it off and on since the beta and it's an important game to me. She comes from a background of gaming and we play MOBA's and shit together so she understood the basic concept.

I couldn't get her into it because she kept complaining that it was too easy. We made it to the 30's (and I wasted $25) but she just seems to hate every second of it so I gave up.

Is it just impossible to bring people into the game at this point? It's hard for me to argue with her about it when I don't enjoy it either and when every mob dies in seconds and the dungeons just are plowed through as fast as possible with people wearing heirlooms. How do you convince someone to stick around till end-game?

The only reason to play WoW right now is because you've played it before. And yeah, she's kinda right about how easy this game has become. I remember having to bandage after every 2-3 mobs while leveling, blowing cooldowns and CCs if I pull more than one. We don't even have to talk about dungeons when it comes to the ramping down of difficulty blizzard has inflicted on WoW. The game is piss easy

duo dungeons instead of 5 manning them. you get more xp and its hard if you do dungos that are above your level

Can do 100% of their DPS while moving, almost all of their leggos suck so you can use a combination of pretty much any two and do very well, has a soak ability, feign death, and can bring a lust/battle rez pet. If anything, the only drawback is that their dmg drops compared to a fully geared MM hunter that can play at an equal skill level.
