Her NP multiplier is that low since 2 of her 3 skills boost attack and NP power, her interludes raise her NP attack. Also given how she's in the game right from the start, getting her to NP2 or NP3 is easy. And again, it has a debuff as well

GUDAGUDA event definitely needs it to get stuff that otherwise you'll simply miss. Claws and fangs can be easily obtained later on.

Trust me, a couple of weeks with 10 less levels is nothing compared to never getting all the rewards in some events.

I ended up settling on Martha and now I have 18 non-welfare golds, including her. My CEs are mostly horrible, though.

A 300% Buster NP is close enough to a 600% Quick NP as 300*1.5=450 is close to 600*0.8=480
