On the other hand, it's been three years since the game released and we've only gotten 3 EPs, and I'd really, really, really like to get seasons/pets sometime before the heat death of the fucking universe.

At this point I'd appreciate a proper tutorial on how to use the mod constructor to make traits and careers instead of all these retarded tumblr youtube whores on their periods creating clickbait titles for completely unrelated shit nobody wants to see.

There are several available depending on what you're looking for, but the quality varies.
Best thing to do if you want to kill sims in particular, is to use MCCC.
