dva is simply a mobile tank. shes not even that great outside any other meta. if we would be strictly speaking nerfs, many agile heroes, dva included, would need nerfing to their mobility, wich is boring.

Honestly DM needs some kind of nerf; either give it it's deadzone back so she can be hit at point blank by projectiles, lower how far the cone reaches out or needs to be put on an actual cooldown but shorter than the original cooldown of ~10 secs as it's stupid how she can just keep flickering it as winston/other divers come and kill the squishies on the other team.

Genji needs his cooldown reset changed to a cooldown reduction and tracer could do with something but I'm not exactly sure the most feasible way to make her balanced.
