Very good cars. 2.5 is a bit gutless but a good engine if you keep oil in it.
they're shit. just get a civic for 3k.
>6 year old car with 75k for 5k
>20 year old car with 200k for 3k
Fuck you
Op, take it for 4500
It's good for 5k. It's on the undesired side of selection so it's cheap but it's not particularly awful. Just almost everything else is better.
Not bad, door handles break, suspension bushings wears out around100k, thermostat goes out about 100k, and evap temp sensors go out from my experience. Idk how good the autos are. I have had two. First a 2006 fusion 5spd, and now a 2010 fusion hybrid, both needed front bushings, had broken door handles, and needed thermostats, my 2006 needed a evap temp sensor and serp belt tensioner. Overall easy to work on, and cheap. Also with the forscan app and elm327 you can do dealer level stuff like make keys yourself for free. Just be prepared to fix minor annoyances like the thermostat and squeaky suspension.
post you local craigslist.
Also the sync system in them can act wonkey, but its very easy to replace the sync computer with one from the junkyard. All you need is a screwdriver and a elm327 to program the new sync computer
Driver's side interior door handle broke, needed an evap purge valve, and the throttle body shat the bed around 50-60k on my 2010 2.5.
Pretty decent shitboxes, that's a good deal assuming there's little to no rust and the power train is in order. Ford was the only car company in the u.s making "good" cars during the recession
