I got enso and it works. Although it's kind of useless if you don't have a SD2Vita cartridge. It's just henkaku but without having to use offline installer or the browser.

There's always a chance that the code could fail, but they've had months of testing so it's at least somewhat reliable I guess.

Does anybody know if the save corrupt error was ever fixed on CFW Vita's? If you saved a game and put the system to sleep, then woke it back up and tried to save the game you would get an error. The only way around it was to press the home button before putting the system to sleep.
