That sounds retarded. I've had to go to Vicroads multiple times and never had any huge wait times. Most I've waited, during peak times with the building packed, was about 20 minutes.

Always have a little piece of paper and a pen and jot down their name if they're a cunt to you. I've literally had some bitch turn into the nicest person and figure my shit out in under 5 minutes one time doing this. I've done it maybe twice before that and when I came back the next day I had a little letter written up complaining about them for their manager.

Is it petty? Fuck yes, to no end. Is it good feeling to be sitting on the waiting seats and to watch her get asked to come into the manager's office across the other side of the building? Holy shit yes. I hope that cunt got fired.
