The problem is these are specifically built for gaming, which we already have multiple boards for discussing, and a simple "what console do you own" is 100% /v/ material.
Now, if you want to talk about doing cool shit with them other than gaming, then you're in the right place. Some of them have decently active hacking communities, go with that for instance.

This is my phone. It emulates up to N64 and plays Android games, including ones with only touchscreen controls by a custom touch simulator driver.
Don't buy one though it's shit for multiple reasons, the biggest being that it is too big. I'm going to be doing a review on it in /csg/ next week.

I shall thank you. I've always thought these things has more potential than was being utilized by being a mere game console. Would love to squeeze some functionality out of the thing somehow.
