You set that in NMM so it could be anywhere C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Mods maybe. But I wouldn't trust the importer not to import old crap you think you deleted. Redownloading is safer.

Get a good perk overhaul, and TK Dodge so you can weasel around opponents that manage to get close enough to swing.

Holds is the biggest of the mods you mentioned. It edits every town and city and adds new ones. It's also unstable, so good luck my friend.

Fair Skin Complexion as textures and either ECE or Race Menu. Race Menu would be more suitable even though YuiH uses ECE as it has more support, more reliable face sculpting features and on top of that all you can download one of his followers such as Falari and just simply port her head into Race Menu and work it from there.
