Suramar gives a base 45,125 AP at AK0
Multiply that by AK40's increase of 4,000,000% and you get a total of 1.805mil AP
Conc requires 1.7mil AP total on the weapon so if you're doing Suramar in its entirety and you don't go past the first conc you have 0.1mil AP left for a second weapon - enough to get 5 points after getting the +10% stam and dmg trait
HOWEVER you won't have access to a handful of suramar repgated quests, but you do get 3 free emissaries from being a fresh 110 plus some AP WQs, plus you should queue up for LFR while you do suramar quests which also rewards AP not to mention some gear. there's also treasures you can loot in suramar, not to mention a couple of broken shore resource handins
conc within 24 hours of hitting 110 is more than doable
