The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any scanlator infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by plempleming really loudly.

What is /vn/'s stance on G-Senjou no Maou?
I finished it around an hour ago and while it completely shat the bed in the fourth arc and going into the fifth the ending was pretty good. Pulling a 5pb song out of their ass at the last minute was a nice surprise as well.

Really felt like a polarizing visual novel overall

Plot is fucking stupid but Haru is a top tier waifu and the ending is pretty touching

Yeah Haru and the songs they started using were the main selling points towards the end as far as I was concerned. Kyosuke was completely lost on me the second he started crying over his mafia dad, plus the city takeover just reminded me of the far better total chaos bit from Swan Song

Good protagonist and Haru, plot is all over the place and it gets even worse if you chose someone else than Haru.
Also, I want to fuk Yuki.

The second she came into the story and her role was established I wanted her gone. She got interesting for a span of a minute and a half after the tweest but they couldn't make her the least bit interesting and they really tried to as well which just confuses me more.

I mean, yeah the anatomy is totally fucked. The line quality and shading is really good.

Pretty fun. Usami is amazing. I don't hate the twist itself, but I feel like it could have been foreshadowed a lot better than it was. The only reason I'm not mad about how abrupt it was was because I felt the setup for Kyousuke to be Maou was way too blatant and therefore a red herring.

Side routes were terrible. Normally I'd say more effort should have been put into them, but honestly I think it would have been better if they weren't there at all.
If anyone could have pulled off a route besides Usami, it was her. But then they didn't even do that, so whatever.

Yeah it was too obvious, too fast, too early. Initially I assumed that it would be bullshit,
but I kept hoping real bad for that to not be the case. In the end, I was so butthurt even with my initial suspicions
