What manufacturer has the best interior build quality, and why is it Volvo?

>plywood
>Real Wood. Not Plastic.
Good enough for me, at least Volvo keeps their word.

Here's how you do wood in a car interior.
*rattling intensifies*

You know what a rattlesnake and an Audi have in common? They both can rattle.
*puke*
The difference being one only rattles when startled, the other does it all the time.

Tesla hired a the guy who is responsible for the current Volvo interiors. So when they do a major refresh on their cars. they will have much better interiors.
>rusting intensifies
As a long time BMW owner, I'd say Merc, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Volvo, in that order. Excluding the top end of each line. One thing I like about my car is that isn't a hint of noise but I can't honestly say it's better that a C class interior wise. One thing I hate about Audi that I like about BMW, is that interior pieces you touch all the time are made of leather. The armrests on my previous Audi were painted plastic that wore really badly, whereas on the BMW theyre leather.
literally looks like a bmw interior from 10 years ago
Dodge
I went to the VW autostadt recently, there I had the chance to sit in the new 911GTS and now I genuinly think it's porsche.
It was like sitting in sportscar heaven, only thing I regret is that they kept the Pannamera E hybrid locked.
Did you accidentally stretch that image vertically?
Except for the bulk of volvos now made in china***
...
I have to agree, I haven’t owned an audi but my aunt had one and there was some leather but a lot of plastic whereas my bmw of the same year is all leather and wood. My first car was a volvo 1996 and even though the car was 15 years old the interior was still in perfect shape even though it wasn’t babied or anything.
I love the new french designs, they are top notch. Innovative, original and with their own identity
It looks the same as every other fucking interior
High end designer furniture incorporates bent plywood.
>wood that looks like actual wood that you would find high end desks made from
>not a million times better than some thin-ass glossy veneer that in addition to looking old-fashioned and gaudy, actually looks tacky and fake as hell.
I own a 2015 XC60 and everything that looks like metal, IS metal, as should be the case with any premium car. Lexus on the other hand still uses metal-looking plastic for the dash in the RX.
wow i like that.
>best build quality
>volvo
I'm a fan of Volvo but their interior build quality and fit/finish is definitely well below Lexus or Merc.
Below I agree, but not well below
>mazda 6
>rwd
>2.5L turbo 4

Mazda please
>designer furniture
I'll take a Recaro office chair over that.

You must be 18 or above to post on this site.

Looks too much like an office cubicle, god knows Audi drivers already spend enough time in those.
>CTRL+F
>No Alfa
>volvo interiors from the 90's
comfy as fuck honestly. god I miss my dads v70 R. that thing was amazing.
Fucking beautiful
>eames chair
>literally babbies first designer piece
fucking disgusting
That interior is fucking horrid
Italians make beautiful interiors, if only it weren't for those awful aftermarket looking infotainment displays
I've said this before and I'll say it again.
What the fuck is that?
It looks like someone just cutout a hole for the steering column with a fucking sawzall.
Americans are literally incapable of building quality interiors.
I'm in love with the Lexus RC interior... it's perfect.
I bet it's so quiet you couldn't hear a nuke going off
>analogue clock
is this a taurus or a saturn? holy fuck its bad
>creaks and rattles not covered in the warranty
>not installing software updates invalidates warranty
>autocrossing or tracking invalidates warranty
>requires a written notification to Tesla before pursuing any Lemon Law claims
OH NO NO NO NO NO NO
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Taurus SHO, truly dark automotive times.
