What level do you have to be to get all the amiibo costume pieces? I got all the head pieces and then they just said "battle more for the rest." I just hit level 10.

You need to save some gear to the amiibo and then you'll get the rest when you rescan it.

theres a glitch where when your armor breaks in the single player the under armor doesn't show up, as well as your shoes and headphones. if you can manage the glitch as you take the zapfish you can get a good look at it. No idea how it happens though.
