If you are planning on playing wind seriously, you can use 5* Nio to replace her. I think Nio is better but you can use them together if you have both because their abilities stack. She isn't a gamebreaking character, but the fact that you can use her in any team in any fight without gimping yourself is her most important feature. She is easy to use and you can do some gimmicky stuff with her heal and shield once you learn the fights. She is also really cute.
