This is just me theorycrafting but if you have some lions you'd like to use I kind of suspect he might be better in an aegis deck with a bunch of neutral 2/3 drops and maybe some temple of inquisitions than actual neutral aggro.
The problem with neutral aggro is that it no longer really does anything that unfair. It can't just force out an advantage with a perfect curve, it relies on your opponent not having the right answers. And if you're not doing some major bullshit you're probably a bad deck.
