What i don't get is this. People were screeching about how their trap builds are fucked now that they lost the "more" damage from frenzy charges since most trap users use spells. Can't they just get that damage back with Power charges instead? Hell, many people used Jaws of Agony before this either way.

The same reason you'll get people bitching no matter what change happens, some changes benefit some people and penalize others.

Why does the Ranger area get free cold conversion but there are no lightning conversion nodes? There's even fire conv with Avatar of Fire? Discriminating shits.

Read the skill preview shitcrow, charged dash is phys->lightning conversion by itself but it doesnt fully convert. Phys to lightning support makes it 100% converted

Probably a design holdover from when shockstacks were 90% more damage.

In a post ailments-nerf world we don't need to fear the shockstacks imbalance boogeyman anymore.

As someone who's loved static strike since it's release and had it as their favorite build in 1.3. The skill has been absolute hot garbage since 2.0.

dropping the damage taken increase to 1% per charge from 3% is huge and makes it reasonable to get 10 charges for 120% increased lightning damage
