Sonofabitch

Are the legends true

How does that thing even turn on the highway with all those rigid wheels?

3 of those axles are lift axles
My son
My buddy
My beloved child

Trucks are stupid, stinky and smelly

Fuck. I knew I forgot someone.

It doesn't. Its a dragster. That big drum on top is a jet turbine.

The axles that are floating in the air, they're lift axles. They're also steerable. It'll drive like any semi tractor, only heavier.

>my ego didn't get stroked

You'll be fine.

Although I love Oilfags OPs thats one less kek I received.

Is it true what they say
About the Freightliner

That would be a sexy Mack truck

cabover? im assuming its only australia right?

What do you fegs have in ur pockets while truckin?

Pixx or it never happened. At the very least give us a graphic green text story.

I have the best pokeporn

Like me for the last 10 threads, but I haven't really added anything other than shitposting as user.

>Navistar CEO: We’ll have more electric trucks on the road than Tesla by 2025
Player 2 has joined the game.

So ... one?

Your shitposts are weak, like your prostate.

>50's bullnose FL cabover

MY FUCKING DICK

There are EF ban evading.

Aside from a bit of automation prophesizing and the usual bierced cock photos, you haven't said too much with your trip on.

GrainGuy, Whiney, Freon and PTL too.

Kek.

You don't say.

>They're also steerable

You sure?

Is the era of cool over? I feel like with the way the industry is now, no one will be able to get trucks like this anymore. You have to already be at this point by now. The rest of us will be stuck in Cascadias forever.

This year I vow to shitpost harder than you can imagine is possible.

>You don't say.
Gotta make sure it's spelled out nice and clearly for the mod that hates him.

I mean, the guy does it for free, so...

He doesn't DO anything

What do you take with you to the truck on long (+2 week) hauls?
>travel cooler filled with ice and veggies+meat
>portable toilet
>portable stove with small gas tank
>laptop
>clothes+hygiene stuff
Is it retarded to bring this much?

Why would you need any of that?

>stove with cooler to cook your own stuff in the middle of nowhere
>potty to take a shit whenever you want it
>laptop, cause its 2018

cause coffee and own food

No, I don't think you're retarded at all for bringing any of that. I never brought a toilet with me, but definitely brought all the other stuff for long hitches. If you have a way of preserving and cooking fresh food, you'll save so much money and be so much healthier on the road.

What do you do when nature calls and there is no gas stations nearby?

Standing piss, lean against a tree, or pop a squat.

Fair enough, Oilfag (you), what do you think about peanut butter? 100 grams is 600 calories, rich in protein. 1 jar is enough calories for 2 days, you can store it for months.

Step up your nut butter game beyond lame peanuts and you can have endless varieties that will keep you from getting bored of the same old stuff.

Or invest in a quality nut butter grinder like I plan on buying:

Is it true
Wha they say

How many calories a day do u eat? Can you post a body pic?

Probably because he has a driver-facing camera, and needs clothes because they'll fire him for driving the truck while naked?

How many clothes do you bring with you to the truck?
Is driving naked legit?

I don't count calories, I just follow a Keto-Primal lifestyle, 20-50 net carbs most days and check my blood ketones every morning. Most days I would say my daily calories is between 2500-3000 with a 3-5 day fast about every month and intermittent fasting most days.

Dont you get headache from keto? Why do you fast?

Guys what the fuck is wrong with my truck. I shift from 3-6 no problem but when I float to 7 and stop accelerating I hear a "CLUNK" and my truck jerks a little bit. Sometimes it happens between 3-6 when I let off the accelerator.

All that effort and you still look weak. How about you do some push ups soy boy.

That's not how cameras work.

That's just intrusive, if he wants to drive with no pants on he should be allowed.

No I never got the Keto flu when I started 2 1/2 years ago, haven't had any negative side effects other than $24,272.88 spent on groceries in 30 months, averaging $809/month vs my old budget of about $300 of cheap low-quality food.

As far as fasting, this book is a great reference:
amazon.com/Complete-Guide-Fasting-Intermittent-Alternate-Day/dp/B01N9CQX29

I have listened to over 3,000 hours of health podcasts and audiobooks since starting this and always try to incorporate new things into my lifestyle and find what works for me.

Morning shift is running late today, so I've been watching some Achievement Hunter while putting in some miles on my cheap ass exercise bike

>implying I would ever eat soy

your trailer is shaking?

Can it be said about the Roehl?
Can it be confirmed a Soyboy carrier?
What is this my lads?

This is true gluttony mi familia.

Can it be confirmed?

Gotta love Florida drivers...

Oh and then he abrubtly cut across 2 lanes because he was about to miss the on ramp to I-95. I feel bad for whoever was behind him on 95 when the rest of that tire flew off.

Do you guys have mobile internet in your trucks? How much do you pay?

yeah it's called a phone dude

some areas can have no signal, im mainly asking for the price

Literally no one uses mobile internet services, unless you’re talking about just using hotspot on your smartphone.

>headed for Texas
Neat

Is it too expensive? In netherlands I could get 10gb for 20 dollars, enough to sit on Veeky Forums.

What kind of mobile internet service are you talking about, though? That part matters. If you’re talking about a stand-alone mobile hotspot device that uses mobile phone networks to provide an internet connection, $20/mo for 10GB ain’t half bad, assuming that’s on a 4G-LTE network with decent coverage.

Phone in Lebara, internet is 3G, no hotspots.
Do you truckers in america dont have internet on the road?

For €25 you can get unlimited (they don't like you using more than 5GB a day if you look in the fine prints) 4G, this is at Tele2.

I've used my phone as a hotspot, 10GB didn't get me through the month.

Its a handy thing to keep in stock as an emergency food stuff for sure. Spreads nicely on hot crisp bread also.

>Tegsas :DDDD
Remember to remember The Alamo. Also watch your back door, if you know what I mean. I hear there's a shaved head sexual deviant with a modified cock roaming around in a Volvo in those parts.

There must be some kind of language barrier here.
That’s a pretty damn good deal, but what the fuck are you doing on a hotspot that 10GB isn’t enough? Streaming Netflix all day? Downloading full games on Steam?

My english sucks ass, as a kid I got forced to learn german language instead. I'm polish.
I'm planning on listening to a lot more audiobooks on the road, so it will hopefully get better.
Post you replied to was made by editing mistake, I tried removing sentence from the middle of it and didnt fix the rest accordingly.

No bobtailing.

Well, now I’m not sure what info you’re needing. Truckers do have internet on the road - we use our smartphones, and several companies allow customers to use their phones as hotspots to provide WiFi to other devices.

My main question was about the signal strenght and the price.

Might be the gears aren't fully meshed during the gear shift until you let off the throttle and break torque.

Poo poo pee pee

This would not support the weight of a trucker.

Why truckers are fat?
Cant they just eat less food?

Depends on the carrier. I’ve got T-Mobile and that’s fine as long as you aren’t going west of Texas much. Verizon has the best coverage across the nation, with AT&T coming close in second. Pricing is horse shit compared to most of Europe, at least it was last I checked. $40/5GB/month probably, absolutely no roaming. Too lazy to actually look it up though.
Options at truck stops are mostly garbage. Boredom eating is a thing.

Can you plug laptop charger somewhere inside the cab?
Would it work when truck isnt working for 10 hours?

12VDC-110VAC power inverters are indeed a thing, and in fact many laptops and other portables have 12VDC ‘car’ adapters available because they actually use DC power to begin with, but need DC-AC power inverters to be plugged in at home. I nabbed a 12VDC adapter for my Surface tablet for about $15. My truck in particular has an Auxiliary Power Unit which is just a fancy way of saying it has a little diesel power generator for when the main engine is off, and these APUs are not uncommon these days - however many trucks without APUs will simply run the engine all night, or some newer ones have extra batteries and can run sometimes all night long on battery power alone, but they’ll either cut the electricity off or start the engine for a recharge when the batteries get low.

How do u guys have so much time for anything but sleeping and driving

very sedentary worklife where even 1500cals a day could have you put on weight if all you do is eat, sleep, drive..

then eat 1000cals

>if ur a woman.

dear god. from an engineering perspective we can only thank what holy being there is that this 'style' is ending.
Looks like at every decision point some 'brah' said 'no' to the people who want efficiency and yes to what is 'cool'.

Who cares about efficiency? Even the most efficient trucks are averaging about 7mpg. 8mpg under perfect conditions. It's not like "efficient" trucks are in any way efficient.
Maybe you should cut your balls off too. They're not very efficient.

6.5 on a good day @62 mph.
12.7 pre-emmisions Detroit

55mph 400 mile/day carriers can squeeze 8.
The benefits aren't realized in smaller fleets. Especially anything outside van.

Besides I hope ur aware of this paradox I present

If all trucks got 10mpg and ran away all the fossils.
It would just become the standard. The new 4mpg
As oil company's could finally raise the price of diesel to 6$/gallon or more.
U are batshit If you think big oil would let the trucking industry get away with a
Higher profit margin.

>Implying the driver is actually from Florida and specka da Annglish

Come on pepsinigger you and I both know none of the truckers who live and truck here are actually from anywhere on the North American continent.

My Cascadia can get 9mpg at 80000lbs at 65mph. As long as there's no wind or hills and it isn't cold. So, like, I-10.

If all trucks truely got 10mpg the price of diesel would be 10$/gallon. I agree with you though otherwise.
If everyone is special, nobody is special.

No it can't.

It doesn't+ you spend 300/month on DEF

Lol stay mad. Your more expensive truck costs more to operate. But it's "cool". But don't feel bad. You can find me climbing I-80 at 40mph (still getting 4mpg though).

It's probably closer to 4 or 5 hundred but I save more than that a week in fuel with my 8mpg lower-48 average.
