So any suggestions on what to use instead?
AZ?
Is that an FRC?
yoir benis
sounds fine
V8 are meant to be LOUD especially at wat
qt c5 would bang
It'd help if you'd explain your exhaust setup.
An LS with a really well-flowing exhaust is going to be loud.
So loud that a camera mic will usually try to compensate and filter the noise out.
Could I put some kind of noise baffle around the mic or something to help the microphone record the loud noise, or at least stop it from making that horrid crackling noise when something is too loud.
Tell us the exhaust setup retard
use a compressor when recording audio like that. use a mic, into the compressor, then into your recording device.
Recently moved to CA from OR.
Not an FRC. 2004 glass targa top coupe.
He won't know what the fuck that is
He needs a real camera. Not a potato phone smothered in his greasy fingers.
Meh I tried wiping the lens with the inside of my shirt, but I probably just smeared shit on there. Phone cameras can only be so good especially at night.
That'll never fix the mic.
I was addressing the comment about how the video looks greasy or smeared. As far as the mic goes, I guess I'll try just moving it further back to see if that'll address some of the issue of being too loud for the mic to record.
move the camera further away
The entire phone, camera and mic is garbage. You need a real camera.
What is your set up? I have LG LTs no cats into B.B. bullets. Idle isn’t as loud as I think it should be but it screams wot. Previous set up was stock manifolds but with dual cutouts before the cats. Idled great, full throttle was downright outrageous. Only mid range was downfall, sounded too much like a tractor.
We will have to meet up Cali br/o/ther
Are you in Northern or Southern California? Does your setup pass CA emissions?
So cal. Nope, LTs and no cats won’t pass. Cali is a Jew with these damn stringent rules. Just gotta make friends in the car scene to find a smog friendly place.
Can't quite see on my tiny phone screen. Am I looking at side exist exhaust on a C5?
>side exist
Oops, meant side exit.
Lol. No, that’s the pic of after I put on the headers, looking at it from the rear. I don’t think the layout allows for side exits.
Ah, yeah that makes way more sense. I don't think you could do side exits without extensive body modifications.
