Why is Dirt 4 so trash?
I thought it was like a legit rally game but it’s only a small portion. And you have like 12 cars to choose from and 5 regions to pick from. Also who gives a fuck about landrush or any of that? Wrapping the rally portion of the game up today and getting my 60 bucks back from frys

anyone have any experience with using bluetooth with DS4Windows? I can get it to connect and i see it doing shit in the profiler but it doesn't do anything in game. It works fine when its plugged in

first is low-level connection problem, second might be no hid enabled in devices, third is ds4windows not converting your gamepad to xinput
all of them. I went to the control panel thing and it does nothing there too. it does nothing when trying to recalibrate too.
pad is recognized in ds4windows with bluetooth. it works in game when its plugged in, just not when it isn't. HID should be enabled. The last one may be the culprit but like i said it works when it's plugged in.
could just be up to your bluetooth adapter, not sure how but that's the only possible issue I can see desu
pad plugged in and bluetooth gamepad are two separate "devices" for windows. go to devices and printers and make sure your bluetooth one is set up like it should be.
i didn't need one but this laptop's pretty old and beat up so maybe it could use a new one

if i'm literally new to sim racing, what sim has the best tutorial/racing school? i've heard good things about GTR 2's.

i don't think there is any good tutorial stuff. if you have ps3, gran turismo 5 should teach you a lot, it has all of those videos about how to take the corner properly and commentary and whatnot
when it comes to pc racing sims - behold, objectively best way because i think so:

>find one track and get good on it
>when you can steadily lap without critical fuckups (falling out of the track or whatever), look for races
>read about basic etiquette, when to hold the line and stuff
>meanwhile practice with bots if you want the race
