It doesn't take that long to cap. Clawdia only appeared twice and there were no happy hours while I was there. Are you able to participate in happy hour even while capped? Never been to these events before.

There are a lot of obvious changes such as making things level and reducing excess blank space (such as around your inventory). You can go into the RuneMetrics settings (red lines icon in your ribbon menu, which you have in the top-left of your interface) and click the "Lightweight mode" checkbox. I would also consider making your ribbon menu flush with the rest of your interface.

There is no reason for you to have any of your ability menus or your prayer menu open. You don't need them after you set up your ability bars, and even if you need to edit them, just open the menus temporarily. I think the spellbook is fine, though. Commonly used prayers should also go on your ability bars. You also don't need your equipment menu viewable at all times, but I can understand wanting it open for A E S T H E T I C purposes. I was unable to maintain the character preview in my equipment interface, but left it open out of habit.

My interface isn't optimal because I have both the equipment and levels menus visible, and my minimap is a little too small. Probably other reasons, too.

You can usually just put those on your ability bar with the exception of things such as ardougne cape. If you do need it visible in such cases, just switch to its tab. I'm suggesting that it could be left open, but in a menu in which it isn't the primary tab. If there's not really anything good to tab it with, then I guess it's fine to leave it by itself, though.

how few equipment based teleports do you have that you can just shove them on your ability bar?
I barely use lodestones anymore, there's so many infinite free teleports to everywhere

If you're using an equipment teleport over and over again for some training method, then you should be freeing up space on your ability bar for it anyway. In general, the act of using that teleport from the equipment interface is a tiny fraction of the time you spend playing, so you don't need to be looking at it all the time.
