Leave the chapel from the entrance right ahead of you, opposite where you enter from after Gascoigne. Work your way up. If that gate is locked, go around and open it. If not go through it and on your right is a ladder. It's easy to miss. At the top is some of that anti-healing stuff.

None. Its kind of like BoM or Burial Blade where its just there. Its pretty much a strength weapon.

Everything. The Amy Arm is like the Burial Blade and BoM in that it basically just permanently has a small amount of arc damage, like it's perpetually buffed with a phantasm shell. Unfortunately, the arc scaling on the Arm is too low to matter, so it's essentially a pure str weapon

There's no reason the Amy Arm would need to be unbuffable.
BoM was obviously handwaved as siderite to prevent buffing because fromsoft learned their lesson from DaS1, but the BB and the Amy Arm both have no mechanical reason to be unbuffable. It's just lore fluff.
